Digital Hygrometer

Started with a 3 weeks full ribeye. Great tenderness and flavor. It took about 45 days to arrive but it was worth the wait.

I purchased the Hygrometer and some bags, I started dry ageing a Striploin a little over 45 days ago and it looks promising. However the Hygrometer I ordered with it was an issue that it did not even turn on even with some new batteries. Customer support was very very slow to respond and this could be improved. In the end I was offered a refund, but only after multiple chase emails.

I was very skeptical buying this product. I was more apprehensive once I received the product and the instructions were not clear in its application.
But I truly wanted to find an easier and simpler way to age my meats.
So I proceed in a very clumsy way to age some steaks.
14 days later I looked at the bad and noticed some nice aging and darkening of the meat. Took it out of the bag. Trimmed the meat and fired up the grill. To my amazement ...the steaks were amazing!!! I will be experimenting now that I now what to do ....

Excellent product and simple to use! I recommend highly!

Get the big sizes of available, I did side by side with bag and no bag, better meat in my opinion with the bags. The digital hygrometer is fair at best. Only Centigrade and cheap quality in my opinion.
