RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At DryAgingBags.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe – You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition – Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items – Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
    • Used or opened dry aging bags
    • Vacuum sealers or accessories that have been used
    • Perishable items (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us – Email our customer support team at info@dryagingbags.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Approval & Instructions – If your return is eligible, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  • Shipping Your Return – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
  • If you ordered the wrong item and need an exchange, you may return the original (following the return guidelines) and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, please:
