ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

  • Free shipping applies automatically at checkout
  • Valid for U.S. domestic orders only
  • No promo code required

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping costs for orders under $50, expedited shipping, or international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states
  • U.S. territories (where supported by the carrier)

International shipping may be available on select products. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is determined based on package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Dry Aging Bags is not responsible for delays, returns, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

LOST OF DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@dryagingbags.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product or packaging (if applicable)

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
