Easy to use, amazing results

During the dry aging process the number of the days and size of steaks determines the ideal aging point

Ribeye & sirloin

Dry aged both a full ribeye and half a sirloin for 28 days. Easy to use gives great flavours to the meat. I will definitely be trying it longer next time.
