It really works

I was a bit apprehensive but I followed the instructions. After 20 days we enjoyed two ribeye steaks that were dry aged in my fridge. The steaks were prime cut and about 3/4 to 1 inch thick. I have to admit that I got a little nervous when I say that purplelish crust develop. I carefully trimmed it off and cooked my steaks as I normally do. Wow! Delicious. I’m curious how this will work on a pork roast.
